RETURNS

In line with Distance Selling Regulations there is a 14-day cooling off period. Should you change your mind after receipt of your goods, you must let me know within the 14-day period. The return shipping cost will be met by yourself and the goods must be returned unused and undamaged within 14 days of your decision. Please check the product dimensions for this reason.

Bespoke customised items created to your specification do not fall within these guidelines and are non refundable.

If the worst happens and your item is faulty, you must notify us within 30 days and provide photographs of the packaging and the fault for a full refund.

​DELIVERY

Items such as small canvases, coasters and mugs are delivered via Royal Mail.

Larger canvases and small heavy items are via DPD tracked Parcel Service.

Furniture which requires specialist courier delivery to U.K. post codes is included in the price for Mainland UK only and is normally £85, however if you are at extreme ends of the UK there may be a surcharge due to the associated haulage costs so please obtain a quotation from us based on your post code.

You can of course choose to view and/or collect your goods from KA8, please message me to arrange a mutually agreeable time.
